26ER #7, Rocket Pop was inspired by the classic summer treat. ☀️
We co-fermented apples from Samascott Orchards with raspberries from Bittner Singer Orchards, then infused it with Montmorency cherries from Yonder Farms and finished it with a touch of lime.
Raspberry and citrus up front with a juicy off-dry finish and a pop of sour cherry. 7.0%ABV
