6/7/2026 (New Jersey) Even the sunrise is rooting for the Knicks. Driving through New Jersey before sunrise, with the New York City skyline silhouetted against the horizon. The city lights were still glowing as the sky slowly turned orange and blue behind the skyscrapers. A beautiful early morning view of Manhattan from across the river.

6/5/2026 (Utica & Marcy, NY) Driving through Utica and Marcy today, I passed a large group of cyclists riding with police escorts. The riders were participating in the Ride for Missing Children, an annual event that raises awareness and supports child safety education programs throughout the Mohawk Valley. Seeing hundreds of riders traveling together through our communities was an impressive sight and a reminder of a cause that affects families everywhere.

6/4/2026 (Moscow, PA) Driving north on I-380 near Moscow, Pennsylvania, I passed the scene of a serious crash involving what appeared to be a police vehicle.
