You got love for Saison??? We sure do.

Now featuring THREE farmhouse ales from La Malpolon out of southern France, near Montpelier.

The current offerings on draft ->

L’HEURE D’ETE: a farmhouse style golden ale brewed with 2 row local spring barley, artisan malt, french hops, and a mix of yeasts fermented at winter temoeratures and lagered for 6 weeks. 5.5% abv.

SAISON MAISON 4: Bieré de Coupage. Blend of 20% their perpetual saison from a foeder and 80% young, hoppy, mixed-ferm saison. 6.5% abv.

GARDEES ll: Barrel-aged biéré de ge garde. A hardy and robust saison. 8.4% abv.

Pouring ‘til the ain’t! Here until 10pm as usual.

06/11/2026

Open for lunch and a cold beverage at 11:30am Wednesday - Sunday (4pm on Tuesdays).

Maybe grab a half pint of Smoked Lager from Schlenkerla while you are at?

Currently pouring the “Pale Edition” of their famous Märzen, which sees a much lighter smoked malt than the standard. In turn, it comes off a little brighter and sharper, while still providing complex layers of the mouthwatering, savory malty profile you would expect. Honestly, a crusher of a rauchbier on a hot day..

Sandwich shown is our muffuletta. Layers of high quality mortadella, salami, and spicy cap from our friends at smoking goose, sharp provolone, and our house made muffuletta mix (olive + giardiniera).

Can be ordered online at the link in bio if you want one reserved for an easy pick up.

Here ‘til 10pm.

Nothing quite like the glow of a fresh Zenne Pils from the one and only, De la Senne.

Back on draft. Just in time for slow pour sunday.

Here ‘til 8pm slinging pints of lager for $1 off when you order it sloooow. Grab another $1 off when you order a short pour of something to sip on while you wait.

Sandwiches are stocked. Fridge is filled with lager beers to go if you kicking it back at home this evening.

CASK + PORK RILLETTE SANDWICH

Suarez Family: Saunter

English-Style Dark Mild. Weather the next couple of days couldn’t be more perfect for this beer. Only 3.8% abv but packing a punch of easy drinking flavor. Subtle notes of chocolate and caramel. Silky smooth.

This is only a pin! So a smaller cask that is guaranteed not to make it past Friday night.

PORK RILLETTE SANDWICH

Chef D hooked us up with some Rillette so we had to bring it back - this time with an addition of a little layer pickled jalapeño.

Pork Rillette and Date Mostarda with Smoked Ham, Pickled Jalapeño, Pickled Red Onion, and a nice spread of Dijon on a crusty Baguette.

Limited amount will be made each day! Because of this return we have put a hold on the Smoked Whitefish for the time.

We are here 11:30am-10pm through the weekend.

Yes! We are hiring. As promised earlier, here is some more info for BOTH positions. —->

We are looking for some new team members to fill two part time positions. One is for a Friday and Saturday night bartender. The other for food prep Wednesday- Sunday.

Please introduce yourself with a short explanation on how you are qualified by e-mailing ~ [email protected] ~ with the subject being the position you are interested in. We will e-mail you back the full job description and go from there. Below you will find cliff notes of who we would love to work with.

🍻 FRI + SAT BARTENDER

$18 an hour + tips ($15 an hour during the training period) (~14 hours a week)

For these shifts we will prioritize individuals interested in joining the team who have experience in hospitality. While we take pride in the quality of the product we serve here, it takes second to creating a welcoming and safe environment for those who walk through our door. In addition you will need to have the ability to multitask, self-motivate, work cleanly, and take pride in your work. As we look to expand our hours on the weekend you can expect the hours of work to be from 5pm-12am.

🥪 FOOD PREP: WEDNESDAY-SUNDAY (~15hrs a week)

Please reach out if this position interests you in the slightest as there is a lot of flexibility here in terms of hours and potentially growing the food program (in which compensation can be discussed).

For the as is advertised position:

$20 an hour
(~15-20 hours a week)

We are looking to fill roughly 15-20 hours amongst one or two individuals. We will need somebody who is confident in the kitchen as you will be in charge of prepping and stocking our “market-style” grab-n-go menu before we open for the day. It can be anywhere from 2-3 hours a day and can be done any time in the morning as long as everything is available at the time of opening our doors at 11:30am. 9:30am would be the latest in the day to start but you could come in earlier (and leave earlier) if that is what your schedule will allow.

We look forward to hearing from you!!

The official, unofficial start to Summer.

To-go cooler and webshop or up to date and stocked, beer and wine are flowing, the most sandwiches we have made in one day have been made, and the full patio is set up.

We got a massive re up of some classic refreshers from Suarez Family, including Established - their brand new anniversary Golden Ale clocking in at a crushing 3.6% abv. Kolsch, Pils, Pale Ale, and English-Style Dark Mild fleshing out the line up.

Another beer we are unreasonably excited to be stocking this Summer - Bitburger Lemon Radler. A blend consisting of 40% Pils and 60% Lemonade. Best part it comes in at a real nice 1.9% abv. Yeah, this is one we will be reaching for a lot when those hot sweaty days start to creep up on us.

We have been tinkering a little with the whitefish sandwich and are very happy with where we have landed. Nothing has changed except the way we construct it and from here on out it’s looking like it’s here to stay.

We are slinging all weekend long starting at 11:30am.

Order and reserve some beers ahead at the link in bio for a very easy pick up.

MORE CASK!! + WE ARE HIRING

Fox Farm: Barmy

We are now pulling pints of Burton Ale (6.2%). Perfect timing with the break from the heat as this one is a bit hardy and pairs very well with the cozy gloom out yonder. This cask is only a pin, so it’s guaranteed not to last past Friday.

What is Burton Ale? We had to look it up ourselves. Here’s some info from the folks at Fox Farm:

“While the popularity of Burton Ales waned in the mid-20th century, for at least 100 years prior it was one of Britain’s most well-known and widely exported styles, central to Burton-on-Trent’s legacy as a great brewing city. Generally, they were strong, keeping ales with malt depth balanced by firm bitterness. Our take on the style draws inspiration from a range of historical brewing records but leans most heavily on those from the turn of the century - it blends Fawcett’s Maris Otter and Halcyon base malts with their Amber and Dark Crystal I. True to the period, flavorful Invert Sugar #2 was employed in the boil alongside whole leaf and pellet additions of Fuggle and East Kent Golding hops.

Barmy, a Burton Ale made in collaboration with Thomas Fawcett & Sons in West Yorkshire, UK. As long as we’ve been brewing, we’ve been working with Fawcett’s malt - their floor-malted Maris Otter and distinctive specialty malts lie at the very heart of many of our beers. When Mungo Fawcett, the 8th-generation leader of the 200-year-old company, visited our brewery last fall, we were honored to share our own story - and honored more still by the opportunity to make a beer together to be served by Country Malt Group at the forthcoming Craft Brewers Conference.”

As for hiring!

A more focused post in the days to come, but for now-

We are looking for someone to work the bar part time Friday and Saturday nights (5-Close)! Pay is $18 an hour ($15 during training) + tips. Please e-mail us at [email protected] with subject EMPLOYMENT. We will follow up with a job description and go from there.

Part time morning food prep position will also be available soon. We are still working out the details on what this looks like. Reach out (same way as above) if interested and we will get you more info asap.

COLD LAGER IN THE ALLEY

Schilling: Maly 8° (3.1% abv !!!!)

Grainy and floral, a touch citrusy, immensely refreshing. This czech-style lager and hanging outside in the shaded alley is exactly what we would be doing if we weren’t on the sticks slinging the cold ones. Have a few, enjoy the fresh air, and carry on with your evening. The beauty of a 3.1% beer.

$1 off all side pull lager on Sunday. Plenty of other lagers on tap for $1 off that slow pour. Another $1 off with a short pour of something else while you wait.

While we are closed Monday, as usual, we are open Today and Tuesday to keep you cool in this heat wave.

Here ‘til 8pm
