We helped plan a great event at Coors Field last week...the guests got to meet former player Cory Sullivan down on the warning track, take a swing in the batting cage, and tour the stadium and Blue Moon Brewery. After all the fun activities, our group headed up to the Mountain Ranch Club for dinner overlooking the field and of course some ice cream sundaes in Rockies batting helmets! All guests were sent home with private labeled Woods Boss Brewing Company beers, along with a CO hat inside a branded cooler bag.

Every 9/11 I spend some time with the stories of that terrible day, I think it's super important to remember the events, the lives lost, the stories of true heroism, and feel and be overwhelmed by the sadness again and even anger. This morning I Sat and listened to the names being called out from the WTC Memorial site and at the end of each section of names, two loved ones highlighted their specific loss with stories, memories and dedications. Please spend some time yourself to really remember. Especially now that we are 23 years on, there are so many youngsters that weren't even born yet and they need to know the details of that day and understand the grief and feelings too. I found this quote in a very special book that was given to me by my Canadian friends after 9/11, called "A Diary Between Friends", it's about the special friendships the US and Canada shared over 9/11....just like the personal experience I had that week!

I managed a great event last night in LA for a client, and I feel relief yet a familiar sadness this morning on 9/11. 23 years ago, I had managed the first night of a multi day event in Canada and all hell broke lose in the morning as I got out of the shower and watched live on TV the second plane hit the WTC. Thinking of all those lost that awful day, their families, and all the heroes. 🇺🇲
