A comprehensive deck renovation was required due to extensive dry rot impacting the underlying structure, necessitating a thorough reconstruction from the ground up. The rebuilt deck features Timbertech Vintage Classic picture frame decking, complemented by Impression Handrail and Impression Lighting. Timbertech Dryspace was utilized to waterproof the second-story deck, directing water to a discreet gutter system. To enhance the ambiance, Western red cedar was used to wrap the posts, and WRC tongue and groove accents were added to the Dryspace.

Completed a 32 sq roof project in Dallas.

Our team completed the removal of outdated windows, sliding glass doors, and front doors, including interior and exterior trim, and installed new 22 Milgard V300 Trinsics, 2 6ft Trinsic sliders, and a Rogue Valley Door that was stained in-house. The project also included the installation of new exterior and interior trim and casing.

Undertaking a significant renovation of the front facade of this Dallas hillside residence, we removed the existing soffit, installed a new A-frame cover, and constructed an additional dormer above the large window. The project included completely new roofing, fascia, structural roof repairs with new rafters, and sheathing.

Vanity finally came in so this bathroom was 100% finished.

We have completed a comprehensive bathroom renovation, which included relocating the shower from the toilet enclosure and undertaking a full reframing. The project also featured the installation of heated flooring and a freestanding bathtub, among other enhancements.

We're excited to share Part 1 of our latest renovation project, featuring both the guest and master bathrooms. The downstairs guest bathroom is showcased here, while the master bath awaits completion of the shower door installation. Stay tuned.
