GENERATION FOUR-THE FUTURE
Four generations. One piece of Georgia soil. Today, Still Pond is operated by the second and third generations-working side by side-while the fourth generation is already learning the ropes. The lessons look similar. Early mornings. Tractor rides. Vineyard checks. Conversations about crops, customers, and commitment. But the business has evolved. What began in the late 1960's with native Muscadine grapes has grown into something much bigger. Still Pond is now the only vineyard, winery, and distillery in Georgia-all rooted in the same farm. We still plant. We still harvest. We still grow Muscadines in Georgia red clay. But today, we also process, craft, develop, and innovate. From fresh fruit, to juice for the wine industry, to making our own wine, and now, to distillation-adding even more value to the grapes we grow. Agriculture taught us to adapt. Business taught us to think ahead. Still Pond isn't just about farming anymore. It's about product development, understanding market trends, and continuing to evolve while staying true to the land that started it all. The fourth generation is watching. Learning. Growing. And just like that in the late 1960's, the future is being planted.
