A huge thank you to Shari K. Green and TMC.io for the thoughtful review of Linda Perry: Let It Die Here.

Green describes the film as “an enormously candid, penetrating, insightful unmasking of an extremely talented woman,” giving audiences a rare look beyond Linda Perry’s accomplishments and into the person behind the music.

The review praises director Don Hardy’s approach, noting that viewers get to know “the daughter, sister, and mother she became through her success,” while following Linda’s deeply personal journey of self-discovery.

Among the themes highlighted are Linda’s struggles with identity, purpose, family, and healing. Green points to one particularly moving sequence involving Linda’s song The Letter, calling it “an incredibly passionate moment in the film” as Linda allows herself to explore and “accept the unknown.”

The review also applauds the film’s honesty, vulnerability, and willingness to reveal both Linda’s brilliance and her moments of uncertainty. As Green writes, it’s “a chance to witness her brilliance and moments of self-doubt rarely captured on the big screen.”

Thank you again to Shari K. Green and TMC.io for taking the time to watch and review the film.
