This weekend I had the opportunity to attend a womens retreat with 19 other women and it was phenomenal!

Sometimes you have to step back and reassess! Im back and ready to rock!

While standing in the bowl we set intentions as the b**g was hit. Each lady stated an intention and later were given a card with a statement on it. Amazingly each card appiled to their intention! The power of manifestation!
