Creating Resilience: Episode 7, Part 1
Part 1 of a very heavy, but necessary chapter is now live on Creating Resilience: The Downfall of Recycle Woman. 🎬🌪️
During the filming of Recycle Woman, the dynamic between myself and my mentor/business partner began to shift into a very challenging and toxic space. He was becoming a bully, and at that time in my life, I didn't yet have a strong sense of boundaries. I shied away from conflict, choosing to keep the peace even when things became deeply uncomfortable. 😔💔
Looking back with clarity, I realize I was navigating that space from a place of deep vulnerability. Both of my parents were already deceased, and I was so desperate to have 'someone looking out for me' in the way I imagined a mother or father would as I pursued my path as an artist. I placed those hopes onto him, hoping he would fill that void.
But the universe had a different lesson for me. 🕊️✨
Through the pain of that dynamic, I had to learn the hard way never to give my power away. I had to learn how to stand up, look conflict in the eye, and establish fierce, healthy boundaries. Working with him was a painful, yet necessary catalyst in learning how to protect myself, my mission, and my absolute autonomy as a creator and a leader.
This is the behind-the-scenes truth of what it takes to step up to the next level. We have to learn to become our own protectors. 👑📈
Watch Part 1 now. Thank you for walking through the shadows and into the light with me. ❤️🙏🏽❤️

Before I release the next episode of Creating Resilience, I need to share something from my heart. I’ve just recorded a special disclosure video because the chapter I am about to open covers a part of my journey that most people know absolutely nothing about. For a long time, I was threatened into silence. 🤐💔
But I am choosing to speak now.
I want to be completely clear: I am not sharing this story to turn anyone into a villain, nor am I sharing it to make myself a victim. I take full, absolute ownership of my journey and the dynamics I played in my own experience. Everything I have gone through has molded me into the woman, the advocate, and the leader I am today. I am profoundly grateful for every experience—because I know that intense pressure and adversity are exactly what create diamonds. 💎✨
I am intentionally choosing not to name certain individuals. My goal is to protect, not to blame. This isn't about pointing fingers; it is about stepping into the light. I am sharing this raw truth because I know there are others out there navigating similar situations right now. I am speaking so that my story can be a roadmap, a comfort, and a source of strength for anyone who needs to hear it on their own path to healing. 👑🕊️
Thank you for holding space for my truth as we step into this next chapter together.
Watch the disclosure video now. My story belongs to me, and it’s time to share the light. ❤️🙏🏽❤️
Creating Resilience: Episode 6, Part 2
Part 2 of my first superhero mission is out, and it gets wild! 🎬🦸♀️✨
There I was, at the climate leader training, with my Recycle Woman DVD and a letter in hand, ready to give it to Al Gore. But when the moment came, I froze. I was too timid, got ushered away with a crowd, and completely missed my chance. 💔
As I stood there, I realized I would never forgive myself if I left without fulfilling my assignment. So, I did the unthinkable. I pulled off my very first superhero flying act—literally jumping right past his bodyguards to hand-deliver it to him personally! 💥💿
I shocked the security, I shocked the room, and honestly, I shocked myself. But that was the exact moment I realized that being a leader means doing whatever it takes to deliver your message to the world. It’s that exact relentless grit that prepared me to become the CEO I am today. 📈🕊️
Watch Part 2 now to see how a moment of fear turned into my first leap of faith! ❤️🙏🏽❤️

Creating Resilience: Episode 6, Part 1
Part 1 of my first official superhero mission is officially live on Creating Resilience! 🎬🦸🏽♀️✨
It all started at a movie theater screening of my film, Recycle Woman. An audience member looked at me and gave me an assignment. She said, 'Al Gore needs to see this film.'
Most people would have taken that as a compliment and left it there. But I took it as a literal directive. I packed up the DVD, stepped into my purpose, and set out on a mission to deliver it directly to him. 💿💼
This episode is the story of what happens when you stop questioning your calling and start acting on it. It was the first time I truly realized that being a leader means turning big, seemingly impossible ideas into real-world action.
Looking back now, I can see how this exact grit and determination laid the groundwork for everything I do today. It’s the very definition of stepping up to the next level. 📈🕊️

Creating Resilience: Episode 5, Part 2
Sometimes the universe strips away the 'extras' to see if you’ll still show up in your purest form. 🕊️✨
I’ll never forget this 4th of July parade. I had no car, no float, and no team behind me. To top it off, I dealt with a shoe malfunction that felt like the final straw. In that moment of total vulnerability, I realized that all the branding and external tools didn't matter—what mattered was my faith and the power of friendship. 🫂❤️
I had to learn that showing up as just me was enough. It wasn't about the spectacle; it was about the mission and the soul sisters who held me up when I felt like I couldn't take another step.
This was a lesson in surrender and remembering that we are never truly walking alone.
Have you ever had a moment where everything went 'wrong' just to lead you to what was right? Let’s talk about it below. 👇🏽 prayer and peace.

Creating Resilience: Episode 5, Part 1A
I’ll be honest with you—this episode was the hardest one yet to film. 🕊️✨
I noticed so much internal resistance coming up. I found myself digging in my heels and making every excuse to push the recording back. I realized it’s because I’m reaching the parts of my journey that I’ve kept locked away for years. It’s one thing to live the story; it’s another to find the courage to release it.
This is the story of Recycle Woman. 🦸♀️♻️
She was the superhero who came before 'Resilience.' She was resourceful, innovative, and fiercely dedicated. But she was also carrying the weight of a version of me that was deeply troubled and, at times, heartbroken.
In this episode, I’m sharing it all—the moments of pure innovation and the moments of total unraveling at the seams. I had to learn that sometimes, the only way out is through total surrender and acceptance of what is. I had to let Recycle Woman die so that Resilience could rise.
Thank you for being patient with me as I navigate this. Sharing the 'unraveling' isn’t easy, but I know it’s the only way to reach the grace on the other side.
The story of Recycle Woman is live. I hope it reminds you that it’s okay to outgrow the version of yourself that once saved you. ❤️🙏🏽♥️
I wanted to share a heartfelt update with all of you. The competition for the Entrepreneur of Impact has come to a close for me. While we didn't move into the top two spots to advance, my heart is overflowing with gratitude.
To my community: You showed up. You voted, you boosted, and you stood with me. Because of you, we made a real impact for GENYOUth and the 77,000 schools they serve. That is a victory no scoreboard can take away. 🏆✨
In my journey, I’ve learned that a 'no' is often just a 'not this way' or 'not right now' from the universe. My work as an environmental advocate and the founder of this ecosystem doesn't stop because a contest did. If anything, this experience has shown me just how ready the world is for the message of Resilience and Ecosystems Matter. ❤️🌍❤️
I’m going to take a moment to find my balance on my mat, and then I’m getting back to work. We have books to publish, children to empower, and a planet to heal.
Thank you for believing in the vision when I was standing alone, and thank you for standing with me now. The best is yet to come. ❤️🙏🏽❤️
Creating Resilience: Episode 4
Have you ever felt like you were hitting a 'mid-life crisis' before you even hit 30? 🌀✨
At 26 years old, I found myself at a crossroads. I had to learn the hard way that titles—the ones we chase, the ones we win, and the ones society gives us—do not define who I am at my core.
I had to do the deep work of unlearning the comparison game. I had to learn to trust my own timing and accept that my life and my mission might look very different from those around me. 🕰️🙏🏽
I’m sharing this because I’ve earned the peace that comes with following your own path. If you feel like you’re 'behind' or 'different,' I want you to know that your timeline is sacred. Your value isn't found in a title; it’s found in the truth of who you are becoming.
This episode of Creating Resilience is for anyone who is ready to stop comparing and start trusting. ❤️
