Federation International Pastry Gelato & Chocolate (FIPGC) competition in Milan, Italy on October 19 and 20 has come and gone but the business is nothing but as usual. Currently, I am not taking as many orders, as time of my traveling attending cake shows and teaching locally has increased. I do apologize to those who I turned down the cakes.

I sincerely thank you for all your support through the years, and even though my schedule is bit packed, I do hope that our schedule will line up and that I will get to make that special celebration cake for you.

In a mean while, please enjoy my pictures of the competition in Milan, Italy. There were 18 countries competing and Poland, Italy and Peru won respectively.

This wasn't a cake order. It was my piece for the Miami competition. It said bronze...😒😕😔 It was platinum in my eyes and that's what counts.😂

Hi all! I apologize for not posting any cakes lately. Ever since I got chosen to compete in Milan this year, even though it's not until October, my mind is already in September. And so it is all about competition this year. Austin in February, Miami in April.

I apologize also to every single client that I can not accept anymore cake orders this year until after October. I am taking cake orders for 2020 now.
