Spend your Valentine’s Day at this heart-centered afternoon of healing and connection.

On Saturday, February 14 at 1:00 pm (PT), we’ll gather at the Home of Truth in Alameda for a gentle, inclusive healing experience.

The afternoon will include guided meditation, a brief orientation to group healing, and a healing circle supported by sound healing (singing and drumming). Participants are welcome to bring personal healing intentions, which will be held with care through shared presence and prayer.

This gathering is especially for those feeling the weight of uncertainty or longing for a deeper sense of peace and connection. The afternoon stands on its own, and it also opens a doorway for those who feel drawn to continue in a small-group healing journey beyond February 14.

Sometimes the outer world seems to show us such chaos that it seems impossible to fix. I think of Gandhi and Martin Luther King, Jr. and the concept of Satyagraha, Truth force or Love force. Being deeply rooted in (REAL) Truth means showing REAL Love and concern for other human beings (that's how you tell the difference between Truth and lies). May we dig deep to find strength in the words and actions of those honorable ones who have gone before us and stayed strong in both Love and Truth. These are the times where our true character will be seen and remembered. One who claims to speak the truth while causing tremendous pain and suffering is a noisy gong clashing (1 Corinthians 13:1). I'm realizing though, how hard it is not to let the noisy gongs disturb my peace, and not to feed those who thrive on drama. Only the very best of humanity drawing on the highest virtues a human being can access can speak against the reality of injustice and not wish evil in return for evil. Turning the other cheek is the most difficult and perhaps the most revolutionary act a person can take. And people are still doing that today. Praying for all of those who are living the Truth of Love and not letting fear control them. I pray we all go deep within to heal and transform our fear into love.

We also do some deeper inner healing to reclaim parts of ourselves we have lost and release what is not our most authentic self.
