🏉 New season, same commitment: every match, a qualified ref. 🏉

The Deep South Rugby Referee Society is officially kicking off another season across the Gulf South! From Louisiana to Mississippi to Alabama and the Florida Panhandle, our referees are back out on the pitch making sure the game is safe, fair, and well-officiated — from youth matches to adult competitive rugby.

Huge thanks to our crew who keep matches running week in and week out. Whether you’re in the middle with the whistle or running touch, you’re the reason the sport works.

New to the region or thinking about picking up the whistle? DSRRS is always looking to grow the referee ranks — reach out and we’ll get you started on the pathway.

Here’s to a great season of rugby across the Deep South. See you on the pitch! 💚

Big shoutout to our referees keeping Vulcan 7s running fair, fast, and safe. 🏉

Summer 7s doesn’t happen without the officials putting in the work on the pitch — coverage, consistency, and calls that keep the game moving. Thanks to the crew for traveling from all over to help us out!

If you’re on the pitch or on the sideline, give these refs a nod.

🏉 Shoutout to our referees who worked Redfish 7s in Baton Rouge yesterday!

7s rugby is fast, physical, and unforgiving, and our officials were up to every minute of it. Thank you to the DSRRS referees who gave up their Saturday to ensure every team had a fair, safe, and well-officiated match.

This is what the Deep South Rugby Referee Society is all about: showing up for the rugby community across the Gulf South, one match at a time.

💪 Proud of our crew. Rugby doesn’t happen without you.
