A citizen advocacy coalition working to make the roads of greater Akron safer for all its users, regardless of age or ability.

We believe that the highest and best use of roads is more than just the conveyance of motorized vehicles. We believe that streets were intended to serve the people first and foremost. Therefore, streets should be safe and accessible for pedestrians, cyclists, transit users, and motorists. Streets can be built in a manner that not only provides transportation, but builds public life, connects the community, promotes health and is economically and environmentally sustainable.
