Since so many of you asked for the recipe to these Cookie Poppers... here it is. 🙌🏼

The full recipe is below! These are intentionally light and made to be paired with our signature Awafee Pairings for the perfect bite. These are SO fun for get-togethers.

Ingredients

• 150 g butter, softened to room temperature
• 2 eggs
• ½ cup brown sugar
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 packet vanilla (5-8g) or (1-1.5 tsp)
• ½ teaspoon baking powder
• 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

• Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) , or 170°C (335°F) depending on softness preference.
• In a mixing bowl, beat together the butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and eggs until smooth and well combined.
• Add the flour, baking powder, and vanilla. Mix until a soft dough forms.
• Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
• shape into little balls and put in fridge to get cold before baking. (At least 30 min)
• Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden while the centers remain soft.
