All of us here at SFSC want you to know how very humbled we are by the support that keeps rolling in for our 25th 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb. We have a goal....and we are absolutely going to reach it.

On September 11, 2001, we lost 343 firefighters, 60 police officers (37 Port Authority Police and 23 NYPD), and 8 EMS workers — 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒍𝒆-𝒅𝒂𝒚 𝒍𝒐𝒔𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒇𝒊𝒓𝒔𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏'𝒔 𝒉𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒚.

This September, we climb to honor them. And thanks to partners like 𝗢𝗛𝗜𝗢 𝗗𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗜𝗥, we're also able to keep showing up for the first responders serving Summit County today — providing the mental health resources they need long after the sirens stop.

Friends, this year marks the 25th Anniversary of September 11, 2001.
The Safety Forces Support Center is sponsoring an incredibly meaningful event to pay homage to this tragic day.

Whether you've climbed before or this will be your first time, I'm encouraging everyone to consider taking part as we honor the firefighters, law enforcement officers, EMS personnel, and civilians who lost their lives on September 11, 2001.

We are hoping to get 500 people to participate! Grab a few friends and challenge them to climb with you!
