Mother Nature doing her thing! Big Water on the Cuyahoga yesterday, Valley View area. While the river was full and the beach at the boat launch fully covered, the trails were great!

TAI CHI WALKING. Forty+ years of training and I don't have a 6-pack hiding under my shirt! I AM healthy, flexible, strong and happy, thanks to my Tai Chi training! Regular, consistent practice is what it takes.

Students from our Monday evening Qigong and Tai Chi classes got into the Halloween spirit! There were lots of treats too. No tricks!
From my front porch this morning. What a blessing! Spiritually, Rainbow symbolizes hope, new beginnings and a promise of good things to come, often representing a connection between the physical and spiritual realms.
