Construction Supervisor
Turning Point is a multi-faceted customer centric design and build construction company. We handle custom remodels and home builds with attention to detail to create high quality designs. We also cover commercial builds and restorations.
Construction Supervisor Job Responsibilities: Looking for a seasoned hands-on construction supervisor with Strong Leadership qualities. Must have working knowledge of the following.
• Maintains project administration in a correct and timely manner.
• Orders materials and equipment.
• Accomplishes construction human resource objectives by training employees and holding employees accountable.
• Assesses safety and finance goals.
• Manages sub-contractors
• Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope.
• Prevents fines and work interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes.
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures.
• Work on the jobsite with employees.
Construction Supervisor Qualifications and Skills:
• Ability to read construction blueprints
• Proficiency in demonstrating proposals and projects
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects with urgent deadlines
• Great time management and problem-solving skills
Education and Experience Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 10+ years’ experience working in the construction field
• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
