Finished this basement area into a nice living space that a previous contractor pretty much ruined when they attempted to do it
I’m especially pleased with the window encasement and trim around the glass block walls for added touch

Quick update and make over for a kitchen that was just a little out dated but still in good overall condition. New plumbing, sink, countertops , paint and flooring can make a huge improvement at affordable prices

In between the heat, and without a drop of shade, I was able to power wash, and stain this deck for a long lasting beautiful looking deck that the clients can use in a few days when it’s completely dry and ready for furniture. This is the second deck that picked this color called “ backwoods” from Olympic Elite stain and sealer. Scroll through to see the “before” after power washing clean.
Did I mention that painting and staining is my favorite thing to do?

This is funny, but the cost for wood is ridiculous now days!

Some ceiling repairs can be much harder to repair than you might expect.
Here the whole ceiling dropped down about 5 inches from the rafters only hanging around the perimeter somehow. Looked like a pregnant belly, lol
What made it even worse is that you can tell it’s a new ceiling installed by someone and was textured and painted, and looked great until suddenly as the client was about put this house onto the market for sale, we found the whole ceiling cracked and falling down in the middle. It was nailed onto the joists with 1 1/4 nails expecting that to hold up 5/8 drywall. Who nails drywall now days anyway?
We had to go into the attic to remove all the blown insulation away from the joists and jack up the ceiling onto the joists to get it in place and screw it down securely. Now the tedious part is patching in the seals with joint compound, them try to texture with a pattern to match existing texture, then paint.

Been working indoors on these beautiful days we’ve had recently but it’s well worth it to me, and my client.

Finishing up on my favorite part of any project PAINTING the walls ow that we’ve removed the old tub and tiled shower walls, replaced damaged sub flooring, and installed a new tub/shower combo, flooring, sink, plumbing trim etc... just in time for a new tenant to move in.

Client had an issue in the bathroom above the kitchen which caused water damage to the kitchen ceiling below.

Ceilings in general, but especially in kitchens require a lot of time consuming preparations during the process such as plastic off cabinets, countertops, appliances, etc t and several trips to allow dry time between coats of joint compound, and daily cleanup at the end of each day to insure they can maintain use of the kitchen during the process.
We removed the damage portion of ceiling, install new drywall, patched and sanded, textured to match existing ceilings throughout the home, primed and painted

We had the pleasure of updating this bathroom, by rerouting the electrical wiring and plumbing, and installing this beautiful new vanity the client chose along with the new countertop, sink, faucet, lighting and wall colors.

Thought I would just throw that out there

I had ram board protecting the new floor that we installed and forgot to get a final picture when it was removed but we installed new flooring throughout after the kitchen remodel
