Event Update: Hey charcuterie lovers, unfortunately I’ve decided to cancel the upcoming charcuterie workshop. Which was supposed to happen today from 5-7pm

Ticket sales weren’t where they needed to be, and instead of forcing it, I’m taking this as feedback and improving the next one. Thank you to everyone who showed interest—more delicious things coming soon.

Science says a few of life’s indulgences might actually be good for you - dark chocolate, red wine, and cheese.
Dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa) is packed with antioxidants like polyphenols and catechins that support heart health and fight free radicals (PMID: 36300165). Just an ounce a day can deliver benefits without the extra calories.
Red wine contains resveratrol, which helps protect blood vessels and lower bad cholesterol (PMID: 20238161). But moderation matters — one glass a day for women, two for men
— since too much alcohol increases health risks.
Cheese, when unprocessed and enjoyed in balance, provides calcium and protein for stronger bones and sharper brain function. Together, these three fit perfectly in a Mediterranean-style diet, where moderation turns pleasure into wellness.
