Real talk, there aren’t many constants we have on planet earth - and every relationship we have over time will fluctuate

Including the one we have with our body

There are days, weeks, months, years where we love existing in our skin, when we’re so locked in + connected to ourselves and self adoration in various ways

And there are days, weeks, months, years that we’ll spend frustrated at it - at the mirror, noticing the changes and the way our eyes dart to the things our brains have convinced us are bad

Here’s what I know for certain: the art we make is here to hold you no matter what week/year/season/era you’re in. It doesn’t ask for consistency. All it cares about is how you wore the light that day. The way you took a big deep breath and let your head fall back

And when that ebb/flow comes back around (and it will) - you’ll have proof. And it’s not proof of perfection - just whatever was there, that ✨you✨ were there. Proof that you were there in your body that is doing its best to carry you 💌 and you’ll remember that it was always enough
