Step into Outside the Box, located at 110 N Main St. in Akron's Northside District, and experience “Portals to Kaufmann's,” the latest vibrant mural installation by Cleveland-based artist Natalie Petrosky.
The mural draws from a childhood memory many Akronites will recognize. As Natalie describes it, "A visit to the department store Kaufmann's at Summit Mall as a kid felt like a lifetime spent in circular racks of clothing, crawling around on dirty carpet, looking into another world." ⤵️⤵️⤵️
