It only takes a few seconds.. a simple “I appreciate you” can go a long way. Or a “stay safe” in passing.

Even while pumping gas I wanted to take a second to show appreciation to an officer, because you never know what kind of day people are having. What was their last call? How many times have they been yelled at today? What are they going through?

At the end of the day we are all human. So show your humanity. Show you care. It’s the simple things that can make a difference

There were an estimated 632 law enforcement deaths across the nation in 2021, nearly 25% of those were self-inflicted.

Learning warning signs alone isn’t always enough. We have to act, to possibly save a life.

It’s okay to not be okay!

Changing stigmas is certainly an uphill battle. But the more we learn and the more educated we become, the more we can crush stigmas!

Never stop learning, never stop fighting!

It’s not always sunshine and rainbows, but when it is we take advantage!

While driving around town last night we were able to speak briefly with an officer from the Bay Village Police Department and share some resources!

Stay safe!

Enjoyed our time talking with firefighters with the Orange Beach Fire and Rescue!

We will definitely enjoy coming to visit during the off season as well!

Who doesn’t love a dog!

We had the chance to speak with a K9 Handler Officer with the Gulf Shores Police Department and hand out some resources!

Unfortunately, it was all work for the K9 in the back seat!

But we got some barks that we will take as a hello!

Have a safe and happy weekend!

Got to speak with a deputy from the Baldwin County Sheriff!

It was great talking about dealing with this crazy southern heat!

I can only imagine how hot the middle of summer would get!

Stay cool, and stay safe!

Had a great time dropping of some resources and talking with firefighters with the Gulf Shores Fire Department!

We even got a little tour of the trucks while we chatted!

We got there right at the perfect time, the firefighters had just gotten back from a call, and as we were leaving they received another call. Busy busy!

Asking for help is difficult, but also brave. Take the first step and ask for help. Let’s smash the stigma! No one fights alone.
