In addition to our fun cold brew menu, we have some great new drinks to help roll in the warmer months.

Banana Milk Latte 🍌

This is a returning favorite! We make it with perfectly ripened bananas, cane sugar, vanilla and oat milk (for all the DF girlies) Choose from espresso, matcha, or hojicha!

Hibiscus Fizz 🌺

A bright and refreshing drink perfect for summer!
Hibiscus honey, fresh lime juice, sparkling water, and a fruity single origin Colombia espresso. Garnished with a dried lime slice.

Piña Colada Matcha🍍🥥

We are obsessed with this fun and fruity matcha drink. Pineapple juice, coconut milk, and simple syrup give this the perfect sweetness to pair with our matcha. Topped with an umbrella.

We’ve never thrown a party like this before! Akron Honey and Porchlight Coffee are teaming up to throw a Cornbread Waffles & Honey Breakfast Pop-Up Party. This community-forward pop-up is a “pay what you can” model. In other words, although a suggested menu price will be available, guests can pay as little or as much as they want. This collab isn’t about money; it’s about taking care of people, and having a heart in the community.

The Menu:
Gluten Free Cornbread waffle topped with your choice of Akron Honey’s new Strawberry Honey or Amish maple syrup, bacon, scrambled eggs, and a side of berries.

The details:
This event is from 9-1 while supplies lasts! Our kitchen will only be open during those hours that day and our standard menu will not be served. Drinks will be available all day (7-4). Online ordering won’t be available— we want everyone to come inside and join the fun!

Walking up to the counter at Porchlight Coffee Co. in Akron, my fiancée noticed a sticky note behind the counter that read, "No SKIMothee Chalamet." When asked what it meant, the employee said they ran out of skim milk. It's that light-hearted creativity that is reflected in its menu — drinks and food — that brings us back to Porchlight time and time again. That, and it's three blocks from our house and sells our favorite espresso bean blend for my homemade lattes. With seasonal coffee and matcha drinks and a changing food menu, this community-oriented Grant Street coffee shop is a great spot for a date, to do work or meet up with friends and family. The atmosphere, just like its employees, is welcoming and friendly.
