Maple Ridge Farms

Big projects are happening! The field at Glen Dale is farther along in being prepared and planted, the first steps in taking down the greenhouse at Maple Ridge to move to Glen Dale also began, and spring onions are beginning to be harvested!

Kale, Swiss chard, spinach, collards all available now in the farm stand thanks to Clear Lake Gardens! Come get it while it's there!

Don't let the rain keep you from having some fun this weekend! The farm stand is open today from 10:00am-6:00pm. Featuring local eggs, dairy products, handmade soaps, candles, honey, and much more. You're sure to find something to love. We will also have the stand open tomorrow from 10am-6pm for the Memorial Day holiday. You can locate the stand at 29555 380th Ave, Aitkin MN (We're just down the road from the Lone Lake public beach.

Summer must be just around the corner. Because, today is the day the farm stand opens! The crew has been busy stocking all of you favorite locally produced goods for you to enjoy at the lake this weekend. Swing by the stand and check it out today!

A quick note about our farm stand hours for the upcoming summer season-After years of having the stand open seven days a week, we have made the decision to open the farm stand on weekends only. The farm stand will be open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10:00am-6:00pm for the duration of the summer season. This decision was not made lightly. But, it is a necessary change for the current state of our lives. We hope our loyal customers can understand our need for change, as we try to improve the quality of our services and take our farm business in a new direction.

We’ve been a bit quiet on here lately. But, that doesn’t mean we haven’t been busy. While we’re busy gearing up for another fun summer season. It takes a lot of helpers to make Maple Ridge function every season. We had the honor of hosting all these amazing people for a belated holiday party at our new farm house. Well, folks…after another busy summer season, we have decided to close the farm stand today. The farm crew is busy cleaning the Spartan trailer, so she can sleep easy this winter. ❄️

We’d like to extend a great big thank you to all the loyal customers who supported us this year. 2025 was one of the most challenging growing seasons we’ve ever experienced. The weather was strange, we experienced major crop losses, and lower than normal yields. But, through it all, you all were there to support us.

We’re looking forward to a winter of rest and recovery so we can hit the ground running next spring! Stay tuned! ~ Erik and Jay ❤️
