easels, music and instructor. How much does it cost?
* Adults cost $35 per person
* Kids up to age 14 cost $25
(unless they are in a painting party where the party rate applies).
* Adult canvasses are 16”x 20”
* Kid canvasses are 9” x 12”.
* Kids party packages cost $200 for 10 kids. Private Parties and Special Event prices are based on standard fees with
additional charges for extras. Van Gogh To Go On The Road fees are
determined by the event and travel expenses. Call us to discuss your
event needs and we will give you an estimate. Can I paint whatever I want? A different painting is scheduled every day, so reserve your space on
the day with the painting you like. If you reserve a party, you can pick
the painting you want for the party or we can discuss a custom design
options. I can’t draw a stick figure! Our classes are designed for the first time painter or more experienced
artists. Our artist instructors will guide you in creating your
masterpiece step by step. Do you want to learn how to paint? No

Parents must bring cake, paper plates, forks, snacks, and drinks. Although aprons are provided, kids are encouraged to wear old clothes
or clothing that you don’t mind getting messy. All children will leave
with a one of a kind 9” x 12” painting to remember your little birthday

Reservations must be made 2 weeks prior to party. Can I have a private party? Have an event they’ll talk about! Having your party at Van Gogh To Go
is a unique way for your guests to relax and share a common
experience. Painting is fun, calming, and helps enhance
communication. Whatever the group you’re getting together, for
whatever occasion, Van Gogh To Go is here to make your party stress
free and fun.
* Before the painting event, we work closely with you to smooth out all
the details. You can be involved in the process as much or as little as
your schedule allows.
* You must have a min of 12 people to hold a private party.
* The actual painting portion of the event lasts about two hours. Your
entire event can last much longer! It depends on your needs. Ask us
about options for reserving more time to open gifts, eat, watch a
presentation, give awards etc.
* You are welcome to bring in your own food and beverages (you set it
up and clean it up) or you select your menu and we can handle all of it
for you (including set up and clean up. Additional fees may apply).
* You are welcome to bring in your own wine and/or beer to enjoy
during your event.
* We can accommodate up to 30 people in the studio.

Let us help you with your next fundraiser! Come to us with your ideas
or we can work with you to help you achieve your goals. We especially
love supporting local schools, groups, and organizations. And, if you
hold a fundraiser at the Van Gogh To Go Studio we will donate a portion
of the proceeds from your party to your cause. What should I wear to Painting class? We do provide aprons to cover your clothing; however, accidents do
happen so keep this in mind when choosing your attire. We encourage
you to wear something comfortable, but if paint does get on your
clothing, it will not wash out. Do you provide off-site classes? We welcome the opportunity to bring creativity to you! We
do have a 15 painter minimum and will need to ensure that your facility
meets our requirements. Call us and we can discuss your event in
more detail! When do you post a new monthly schedule? We try to have our monthly schedule up on the 15th of every month. You can always call or email to request a painting. If you are on our
email list, you will be emailed a new calendar automatically each

What if I don’t finish my painting during the
class? Not a problem! We have times available during the day that you can
come back and complete your painting. Can I bring my own wine? Yes, you can bring your beverage of choice: beer, wine, soda or water. We provide the glasses and the corkscrew! Can we bring food? Yes, feel free to bring in a snack or an appetizer. Do I need a reservation? We need to have a reservation to set up for the class. You can
always call last minute, but do make a reservation so we can get your
spot ready and you can paint without delay! What if I have a party of less than 12
people? We can seat your party together and you’ll have a semi-private night! If you call us before the calendar is posted, we can take a request and
put your requested painting on the calendar on your specific night. What if I have to cancel my reservation? If life gives you lemons and you can’t make it to a fab Van Gogh To Go
class, we have a nifty Refund and Cancellation Policy
Van Gogh To Go is committed to providing each person with a fantastic
and memorable experience at every painting session. We understand
that life happens. If you are unable to attend a session in which you
have previously enrolled, kindly give us 48 hours notice by e-mailing
[email protected]
We will issue a refund in the same form the payment was made within
14 days.
* Refunds will not be issued for requests received after the cancellation
deadline or for no-shows. Note: If you are unable to attend an event, and the cancellation
deadline has passed, you may transfer your registration to another
individual (e.g. a friend, relative, colleague) for the same event (i.e. same date and location). Van Gogh To Go reserves the right to cancel any class (of course we
will do everything in our power to prevent this from happening). Should this occur, we will alert all registered participants via email or
phone in order to reschedule. If the alternative date is not convenient
for you, a full refund will be issued. In the event of inclement weather, classes may be rescheduled, or you
may request a full refund.
