Here was an interesting one. One of my customers mentioned that his outside speakers sounded terrible and one of them didn’t work at all… not sure if you can see this or not but, these wires are not supposed to hang out this far and are certainly not supposed to touch.
All clean now! Customer is jamming out!

I had a great customer call this week to tell me he bought a camper from a dealership nearby… his AC was not working when he got it home. This wire stuck between the breakers was the culprit.
The other wire, there under all the breakers, was for the Converter to get power (that’s the appliance that charges your batteries)... It didn’t even have a breaker installed.

Was asked to do an inspection for a couple last week and found that someone ”resealed” the roof without cleaning it first.
There was, also, water damage in the front closet in the master and down in the front compartment as well… this is why we need inspections before we make a purchase like this. This customer was able to dodge a major issue from a dealership that didn’t take care of a unit that sat on their lot for a long time.
