The Lucas Lodge was established in 1903, and it's been up and open ever since. We are always welcoming travelers just passing through or those who make reservations ahead of time. With a variety of rooms and cabins made to accomodate you, you can stay awhile or just make the day trip up the Rogue with Jerry's Jet Boats. We serve our customers family style with the traditional meal of fried chicken

What a crazy 13+ days, full of miracles and blessings, it has been!! Feeding hundreds of firefighters and crew, breakfast and dinner, was such an honor! Worth every minute of the 20-22 hour days!!! These hardworking men, and women, were kind, helpful, polite, appreciative, and a true blessing to our community. ***Side note: They started calling it the “Fat Fire” instead of “Flat Fire” because they were so thankful for the delicious meals they were eating here and at Singing Springs. 🙂 Sometimes a home cooked meal is all a person needs to relieve some of the homesickness and boost morale…and I was happy to help provide that. Many new friends were made and I look forward to seeing them very soon, on the other side of the fire. A special thanks to all of my friends, old and new, who stepped up to help support myself and my lovely co-worker, so that we were able to not only be able to accommodate, but give special care to all of the super hungry superhuman superheroes!!! I couldn’t have done it without you, and words will never be enough to express my gratitude and love for you! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

There is also plenty of space for dry camping/RVs and some fenced areas for animals, if you need.

Guest meals are served family style, chef’s choice, with options ranging from our famous traditional meal of fried chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans, corn, coleslaw, and mouth watering honey butter biscuits, to a plethora of other creative entrees and delicious garden fresh options.
