Last Kitchen Club meeting for this school year. Grilled sausages, barbecued chicken, peppers and onion cooked in foil on the grill. Followed that up with sundaes. What a great way to end the year! Gonna miss you guys!
Tonight 5th and 6th graders of Kitchen Club KIDS made hamburgers and sweet potato fries! We used a printed recipe for the fries and "freestyled" the seasonings for the burgers. Both came out delicious and we had lots of fun!

Today was Egg Day with our Kitchen Club Kids! We made eggs hard boiled, scrambled, sunny-side up, deviled, and egg salad. We even had a chance to try duck eggs! (Thank you, Mackenzie and family!) The verdict: aside from being bigger, duck eggs are much like chicken eggs- delicious. ๐
