Pistachio Ice Cream Sandwich anyone?

We’re on a bit of a pistachio kick! House-made pistachio rose ice cream between two of our shortbread cookies, rolled in crushed pistachios. Such a fun, cold treat for a hot day!

~Chocolate Pistachio Shortbread~

A chocolate Scotch shortbread with white chocolate and crushed pistachios underneath. And look at that cute lil Nelson County design!

Spring Pork Burger on the menu!

Local pork from topped with spinach, lettuce, mozzarella cheese, and a lemony garlic scape and dill mayo.

It’s a day for burgers!

We made our own version of one of our very favorites- the Cheesy Western.

Housemade yellow relish, egg, and American cheese on a potato bun. Add a lil drizzle of Texas Pete on it for some pizazz!

~Pistachio Pionono Shortcake~

A sponge cake rolled up with white chocolate pistachio butter and honey whipped cream. Topped with macerated strawberries in rose water 🌹 🍓 This combo is absolutely perfect!

Sweet Treats Today!

The pistachio alfajores were a success! So delicious- stuffed with dulce de leche and pistachio butter, and topped with pistachio bits and rose petals 🌹
