The people of Rodes UMC welcome you! Come worship with us this Sunday! Our worship services are held every Sunday at 10:45am, with Sunday School at 9:30am.
We are Rodes United Methodist Church, located in Afton, Virginia in the beautiful Rockfish Valley in Nelson County. Rodes UMC is in the Charlottesville District, and a member of the Virginia Conference of the United Methodist Church.

Since 2021, Pastor Scott and Ruth Robertson-Gouge have faithfully served Rodes UMC as our parsonage family. At the end of June, they will move to Fincastle, VA to their new appointment.
Today, we honored Scott and Ruth for their friendship and faithful service to Rodes for the past five years.
We wish them well, and pray that God will bless them at Fincastle United Methodist Church.
