It’s chock-full of fresh green onions from our friends at Rogue Harbor Farm, Aubrey and Linda. Then we add all the herbs and spices you would find in traditional cajun cuisine. As with all of our products, make it your own! It’s great on the grill or smoker. It adds great flavor in red beans and rice, gumbo, dirty rice, etc. The possibilities are endless. White onions ready to dry. Our favorite recipe is stuffed sweet onions, just core out center, mix butter, cream cheese, thyme, cooked bacon and cheddar cheese, stuff onion and bake for about 40 minutes depending on size and enjoy.
