The Yellow Fig is a highly productive variety known for its large yellow figs that ripen at the end of July on the previous season’s growth. This fig tree produces an early main crop of delicately sweet fruit with a short neck, making it an excellent choice for fig lovers.
The plant slows its growth in the fall and „hardens off“ well, resulting in minimal young wood dieback the following spring. It typically begins ripening a few weeks before the Hardy Chicago variety and completes its production earlier as well.

Say hello to the Honeyberry!! (also known as Haskap)! 🫐✨
These „blueberries of the north“ are becoming a favorite for gardeners because they are incredibly cold-hardy—sometimes surviving temperatures as low as -40•F. They are often the very first fruit to ripen in the spring, even earlier than strawberries!
Why add Haskaps to your garden?
Unique Flavor: A delightful cross between a blueberry, raspberry, and a hint of sour.
Easy to Grow: They aren’t picky about soil pH like blueberries are, making them much easier for the average home gardener. And they can tolerate even colder growing zones quite well.
Nutrient Dense: Packed with antioxidants and Vitamin C.
Compact Beauty: Their neat, shrubby growing habit makes them perfect for edible hedges or small spaces.
Honeyberries need a „buddy“ to produce fruit! Make sure to plant two different varieties that bloom at the same time to ensure cross-pollination and a heavy harvest.
