I truly appreciate all of you, but I need to address something important. Lately, I’ve had several people come in while unwell. I understand that getting your hair done can be comforting when you’re not feeling your best, but I cannot service anyone who is sick.

As your stylist, I’m in close physical contact with you, which puts me—and my other clients—at risk. Over the past year, I’ve missed a total of six weeks of work due to illness, including COVID (three times) and the flu (twice). My family and I even spent Christmas battling COVID. I still have to pay my personal and shop expenses when I’m sick. I simply cannot afford to keep losing work, and my health and well-being depend on everyone’s cooperation.

Please, out of respect for me, my other clients, and my family, do not come to the shop if you are feeling unwell. If you arrive sick, I will have to ask you to leave and we will reschedule when you feel better. This policy is not meant to inconvenience anyone but to protect everyone.

Thank you for understanding and for helping me maintain a safe and healthy environment for us all.
