Please do not text my 407-216-2588 #. The app service expired my number and have given it to someone who is now trying to scam people into making payments. I do not ask for payments in advance online; and especially in the form of bitcoin! Please delete that number.

My new number to reach me :

Text me at 833-656-0857.. it is a text only number; it does not receive phone calls. If you need to call you can call 517-265-4472; but I can no longer access my voicemail at that number.

So sorry for the inconveniences! Technology problems are the worst!!

Hi friends! πŸ‘‹πŸΌ long time, no post. I’ve been asked about the plans for the salon in the midst of the Coronavirus crisis. At this time, I am following all recommendations of Michigan Board; which as current, are suggestions for heightened sanitary and hygienic practices.
I’m confident my nail salon is one of the cleanest most disinfected public places in town!! Every one already knows that I have ALWAYS followed strict sanitary practices, but we have taken all sanitation and hygiene practices to a new level!

-Clients who come in are required to wash their hands immediately; are asked to do so for at least 30 seconds (& yes I have and will send someone back to do it again if needed, nor am I above asking you to sing happy bday or another 30 second tune πŸ˜‚ ); even after washing, all nail services begin with hand sanitizer sprayed onto both our hands as an added measure

-Sanitation wipes are provided for clients to wipe down their phones, and are strongly encouraged to do so

-every surface is regularly wiped down with 70% alcohol, Lysol wipes, and Lysol sprays.. including tables, chairs, doorknobs, light switches, handrails, sinks/faucets, the Keurig/coffee bar, nail polish bottles, and nail polish sample reels

-our desktops and LED lights and pen/stylus are wiped down between every single client

-towels are washed in Lysol laundry sanitizer

-all tools for nail services are cleansed and stored in hospital grade disinfectant; a new sanding bit is used on every client; all files and are washable and are sanitized in between each use, as well as nail brushes; dip manicures are only done by pour methods which do not involve placing finger into powder

-pedicure chairs are completely sanitized, including running hospital grade disinfectant through the jet system on a timer for 10 minutes between every single client (& sometimes longer when we forget to turn them off πŸ˜‚)

-all sofas and chairs are daily treated with antibacterial sanitizing sprays

-I currently wear masks, protective eye wear, and gloves during my service to protect myself from overexposure to dust and chemicals, as well as the proximity of our faces and touching of hands, (at this time, due to shortages I can longer provide masks, but you are welcome to wear your own)

-anyone with symptoms of any kind, even mild are asked to reschedule (yes, I have turned clients away at the desk, even before coronavirus!) & they are usually happy to comply, knowing my heart is to protect every client in our space

-and in anticipation of worsening conditions, I have a no touch thermometer available if I feel it becomes appropriate to add as a precautionary measure; anyone must be willing to comply with having temperatures checked as requested

We have fun with it & make games out of all these practices; so we are safe, but not fearful. Everybody is smiling 😍😁

I have taken every action I can think of to keep my community safe and feel confident in my place of business. I am constantly monitoring conditions and recommendations, and when appropriate I am prepared to make difficult decisions in the best interest of public safety.

Michigan Board identifies people at risk of serious illness due to Covid-19 as follows:

β€œThese individuals include, but are not limited to, older adults and persons of any age with underlying medical conditions, such as persons with a blood disorder (e.g., sickle cell disease or a disorder being treated with blood thinners), an endocrine disorder (e.g., diabetes mellitus), or a metabolic disorder (such as inborn error of metabolism); those with heart disease, lung disease (including asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), chronic kidney disease, or chronic liver disease; those with a compromised immune system (e.g., those who are receiving treatments such as radiation or chemotherapy, who have received an organ or bone marrow transplant, who are taking high doses of immunosuppressant, or who have HIV or AIDS); those who are currently pregnant or were pregnant in the last two weeks; and those with neurological or neurologic and neurodevelopment conditions.”

I am diagnosed with asthma, and my other nailtech has a pregnant daughter.. so we are taking these suggestions very seriously guarding our own health, as well as our clients and in regards to the community. Let’s all work together to stay safe! πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›

For now, unless conditions change, we will continue to respectfully follow and comply with recommendations of MI Board, local, state, & national authorities... and as yet we are still open and ready to πŸ’…πŸΌπŸ’…πŸΌπŸ’…πŸΌ !!!!!!

03/09/2020

Yes please πŸ’…πŸΌ

05/09/2019

Please reschedule if you have any signs of cold, flu, sinus infection.. we are serious about protecting our clients. Anyone with visible symptoms are asked to reschedule.. thank you for your consideration!!!
