Our pigs are growing like weeds! Excited to see the end result and food on the table! Also if you’re interested we still have a couple available, they will go to the processor late September! Message me for any details or interest.
From the farm we also have young rooster that will be looking for their own home to go too! If you or anyone you know is looking for a rooster or multiples, send them our way!
A wide variety of color from chicks that were hatched from our flock thanks to a neighbor. These girls should start laying in a couple months so we are anxiously awaiting to see what color eggs we get from them!
Honey bees were busy at work yesterday before the rain rolled in and the corn decided to stand back up. &creamcorn
Afternoon feed times are their favorite!

Even though we are thankful for the rain, those storms yesterday did wonders to our corn 😔.
Fortunately our livestock and fences were still good so we will take the win in that category.

When the evening milk just hits different! This last week of rain has been great for the farm and keeping the grass as good as it’s ever looked this time of year, and the garden looks like a jungle!
Also if you’re looking for pigs to eat we have some left with processing dates in September. Message for more details if interested.

Does it really take this many people to work a few calves tagging and banding? The answer is YES when you have green horns 😂 the boys are getting a little more hands on dealing with our meat to table animals. Teaching them now so if and when I get to where I can’t get something done they’ll be there and know what to do.

Pig whisperer at her finest with our little piglets! Goats have been doing some tree cleanups on some much needed sweetgun cuttings and the last calf for a few months was born on the farm the last week.
