This Monday, we will meet at the table to discuss the story of Rahab. Her story begins as all of ours do: broken and labeled a lost cause. But as we will see in our study, God was working behind the scenes in her life to redeem her. Whether it be through word of mouth of the potential soldiers she had relations with, or if it be personal revelation: she knew about the God of the Israelites and through the working out of her faith, she received a new identity. She went from being Rahab the pr******te to being Rahab, the mother of Boaz-the most well respected young man of the Old Testament. When you surrender your life to the Lord, there is hope- so much hope.

If you missed the noon gathering today, no worries! Join us at 6:00 p.m. tonight as we dive into "Tamar's" story in 2 Samuel.

This Monday night we will meet at the table to discuss the story of Tamar. Her story is a heartbreaking one of pain, suffering, and trauma. I can’t help but wonder over the years, how many women have come across the story of Tamar in the pages of Scripture and found hope and a voice for their own stories.

*We do want to give a soft warning that Tamar’s story includes assault and emotional trauma. We are so thankful the God of the Universe chose to include Tamar’s story in the Holy Bible, to show us that there is hope even in the most darkest circumstances.

Whether you are 15 years old, 35, 55, or 75, you don’t want to miss the discussion at the table this Monday at Unplugged. We will cover the story of two sisters who fought with rejection, jealousy, and the desire to be pursued. We will see both of their stories unfold and intertwine, and ultimately we will see what they saw: the only true security we can have on this side of heaven is in the Lord and His love for us. It’s not in relationships, our looks, the ability and health of our bodies, or our plans and dreams for our lives. God pursues us, even if no one else does. 💗 Please join us at noon or 6pm!!!
