New paddock today roughly 6,000 square feet comprised of yard like pasture and rye cover crop on a cut corn field. Rye grass is amazing forage for the birds and they love it. It is very tender and will stay green all winter long. It was extremely windy today. Warm weather this time of year usually comes with overwhelming wind. Today we had 25mph winds gusting to 48mph.

Still growing stuff in November like carrots, kale, Swiss chard, arugula, and radish.

Fresh goose breast. If you have never had goose, it is more like beef than it is like chicken. Cook low and slow until medium rare.
