Here is our last project of the season. It came in late but it was indoor so we were able to get it done this season. This decorative textured overlay is very popular on patios and pool decks.

100+ year old steps deep in chicago. Check out this transformation!

Here is a perfect example of "cheap is not always better". This contractor (clown would be more appropriate) resurfaced these steps last year. Not only did they fail quickly but the brush lines looked like a toddler did it and they slopped the watered down resurfacing all over the homeowners brick, stone, and limestone door threshold. This sloppy job had to be ground down, pressure washed and re-done. See the before and after pics. Please be cautious of who you hire. Look them up before you hire them. Beware of the high cost of a cheap price!

Here is an example of what steps look like after pavers have been chipped off and removed. I see this often when steps are covered with pavers, tile and carpet. This is very dangerous!Check out the before and after transformation!
