Saturday is the last day here in hot sunny Florida! Dropped off brother David at the airport and we had time to hangout at Ateh Eyen house and met up with other Tortal family members.

With the news we received today RIP uncle Willie my heart breaks for the Tortal family…it was nice to see uncle Junior, 93 and being with the Tortal family to tell him the news.

wow and here I thought my fil being 90 years old was old lol! Both brothers were good but sad about the news.

We lucked out 40 lbs limit of luggage we made weight along with buffalo sweet Mangoes for Lola Mel from Lola Carol!

and cousin recognized us at the airport across the terminal “are you David’s twin brother?!?’ Wait what, yes?!? Small world!

Flight delays had a double vodka Red Bull good times thanks goodness for airport bars lol! Cheers!

Bought mom and dad Tortal some requested Victoria bangus as they are limited there in sunny HOT Florida.

Had lunch at habachi buffet along with auntie Meding thanks for lunch auntie! We also saw the Menes siblings eating lunch there as well!

Headed to see Auntie Aida, had some good conversation in relation of cousin here and there and had her smiling a couple of times.

Came to the Tortal house for my first time and was blown away with soooo many mangoes from their neighbors and friends!
Hopefully we don’t go over the 40lbs limit of our check in luggage lol!

Crashed for a long nap we woke up 3:30am to catch a 5:20am flight!

Finally ended the night wishing a happy 20th birthday and enjoying a homemade Nana’s kitchen dinner of tofu tinola soup and her specialty called “chicken on the double- adobo lol”!

With some brunch with bubba at bee brothers, to enjoying my birthday Starbucks venti soy chai double chai latte, to my new kicks thanks bubba!
Drove to the phiesta Pinoy festival in Bolingbrook, to early dinner with the Elmhurst Cuevo’s with some habachi and a lovely hand holding with the Little of n , ending with an evening stroll with Jazzy and bubba!

Made in our test kitchen two types of meatballs, meatballs with spicy vodka sauce and meatballs with sweet basil in marinara sauce! Gave some bread for sandwiches!
Very tasty for some positive feedback to add it to our menu!

Felt a little Boujie this morning of my coffee. Decided to try one of ketogenic coffee but did a little bit of twist to it and wow I like it! This will definitely help with curbing your appetite until it’s time to eat!
A cup of hot black coffee put in nutribullet cup
1 Tbs MCT oil
1 Tbs butter or ghee
1/2 tsp of real mineral salt
Dash of turmeric
Dash of ground black pepper
Dash of cinnamon
1-3 drops of stevia or monkfruit sweetener
Blend it all together for 5-10 seconds
Pour in your favorite coffee mug with a cinnamon stick
Stir with the stick and enjoy!

What fancy coffee do you make for yourself?!? Make some “ME” time for yourself and it’s ok to be bougie once in awhile!
