We're hiring an experienced MEP Project Superintendent in Dallas, TX.

What you get:
💰 $120,000 salary + project-based bonus
📱 Company iPhone, iPad + weekly vehicle allowance

🏗️ Projects: K-12 schools, medical facilities, data centers, higher ed

What we need:
✅ 5+ years commercial mechanical and/or plumbing construction
✅ Previous Superintendent, General Foreman, or Senior Foreman experience
✅ OSHA 10 required / OSHA 30 preferred
✅ Journeyman Plumbing License preferred
✅ Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
This is a hands-on field role for someone who likes to run one project right — not spread thin across many.
