Daily Yoga x Breathwork w/

Experiencing this profound moment in the mornings daily yoga was a great way to start our day.

Kash did a wonderful job at holding space and the whole session and his flow was suitable for beginners and experienced yogis.

Providing reiki to these beautiful people extremely powerful. As a reiki master assisting people through their journeys was mystical. Not doing the work for them.
