At OAKFIT - This is What Matters.

12 OAKFIT Athletes Won State or National Titles in the past year.

4 OAKFIT Athletes received All-American Honors, with another 6 winning All State Recognition.

Our training is about more than lifting heavy weights or sprint scores and jump scores.

We strive to give our athletes the tools on and off to reach the dreams and goals they have set for both themselves and their teammates.

We are so proud of all of our athletes, and can’t wait to see what awards next year brings to our team!

Since 2014, OAKFIT has been the home to Hundreds of Student Athletes who have participated in our Strength & Speed Programs.

We take Training seriously, and that can be intimidating to anyone who doesn’t know quite where to start.

Abby and Faith are both D1 Lacrosse Athletes who started with us in 2022 and 2023, and Consistently Trained year after year during Summer & Winter breaks.

Hear their Stories about how OAKFIT helped Boost their Confidence and helped them Learned how Hard Work in the Weight Room translates to the Field.

These two Young Ladies are some of the core of OAKFIT. Both of them worked their tail off, averaging 3-4x Sessions per Week through grueling Summer workouts.

Isometric Pauses: A Hack For Improved Strength & Performance

In this example, we added a 10 second mid range pause during a goblet squat for DR. By utilizing a pause, DR will be able to improve muscular coordination, body control, and also get a boost in muscle gain.

As an athlete increases their training age, they will improve their coordination and ability in the weight room, allowing for more advanced movements in their programming.

DR is a prime example of what long term development leads to when starting training at an early age. He has been working with our staff since 2022, when he was in 5th grade.
