100 lb 18”x18” stainless steel bench is ideal for the chemical adhesive road it will face. As long as they keep it from binding it will last as long as the indicator does

B-Tek Clydesdale 108” x 60” 10K SE smooth deck platform NO holes, used to fit an existing customer shrink wrapper.
Deck was great and took the 1/2-13 tapped holes like a champ.
Customer manufactures fasteners and other bolts for their customer orders.
Once the bulk order is places the shipping weight and shrink wrap done in the same location saves time, and is safer for the fork truck traffic….which as many of us in the industry knows, can be very important.
**one key note along those lines is ALWAYS make the bumper guard flush with the height of the scale (6.5” with the wrapper) so that the operators don’t wreck the deck/wrapper. Other wise why have the guard??

****TANK CONVERSION
Took and existing stainless steel tank, had the feet (fl**ges) cut and created a new footprint, welded new fl**ge to cut leg.
Now all we had to do was add the adapter plate then the RL9000TWM load cell modules to the plates.
Rotated the leveling plate 45 degrees for easy access to install…
Calibrated and good to go

Stacklight for the Avery Weigh-Tronix ZM301.
This is for a checkweighing application where tolerance zones are set for over/under. This lets operators know if product is where it is supposed to be coming down a conveyor in this situation.

Here is a B-Tek Clydesdale Pit Scale w/ a Ricelake 320is Indicator. This installation was for a Hazardous Area application (HA is where there can be no open current flow based on the natures of the chemicals or other explosive materials), so the equipment has to be Intrinsically Safe and Factory Mutual (FM Approved) in order to meet the Class, Division, and Group they fall in. The Clydesdale works best for a pit scale bc of its ball encapsulated feet. There is also a Stainless Steel FM Approved J-Box seen right behind the indicator.
Concrete work done by Dykstra Construction.
