I have a customer who has the best eye for color schemes. She can put fabrics together that normally wouldn't go together and make something wonderful with them. She has pulled it off numerous times and comes up with the most interesting quilts. I always enjoy quilting her projects. I love the clean lines of this quilt.

Just playing with some ideas for my next project using some different applique techniques. Here is a video link that shows you how to make these cute flowers using the Yo Yo technique. The single flower below is my sample. You may have seen these, but even if you don't sew, they would be cute to add to a special gift, or a barrette for children. Enjoy!

One of my passions is taking a vintage quilt top and breathing new life into it so that it can be used for years to come. Here is a Grandmother's flower garden quilt top I quilted for myself. Now to complete the binding and its all done. Enjoy!
