Dolls, apparently one built in shower feature wasn’t enough. 😂

I love a shower that feels custom + luxurious, but do we really need BOTH?

OPEN HOUSES: More Eyes = More Opportunity 🏡✨
One thing I explain to my sellers is that marketing their home doesn’t have to depend on MY sphere alone.
When I take a listing, I have a network of agents who can host open houses too. And every agent brings a different sphere, different connections + different potential buyers through the door.
That means more people sharing the home. More exposure. More conversations. More eyes on YOUR property.
And yes, newer agents often LOVE hosting because it gives them an opportunity to meet buyers + build their pipeline. Meanwhile, my seller gets another person actively marketing their home.
Everybody wins.
Now, do I personally LOVE sitting at open houses every weekend? Absolutely not. 😂
But do I love using every tool + relationship available to give my listings more exposure? Absolutely.
That’s the difference between simply listing a house + actually MARKETING it. ✨
