The math says that Joe Eminger has been here for 10 years now... But it's much more fun to say he has only been here for 9 years and then sit back and enjoy the show as he gestures wildly and defends his tenure with a fervor and passion that he manages to bring to work every single day. Nothing gives the office greater pleasure than to celebrate (tease) our resident jokester for this incredible milestone! We feel incredibly lucky to have had this goofball running projects and cracking jokes at CTM for an entire decade! Let's give a huge round of applause to our one-of-a-kind Project Manager on his nine - er, I mean , TEN whole years of dedication at CT Mechanical. Way to go, Joe-Joe!!

As we closeout Women in Construction week, we are reminded once again just how capable women really are in this field. We know our s**t! We come to work every day with the knowledge and know-how needed to get the job done right. The badassery of women knows no bounds! Women are more than capable to be a part of this industry and continue to prove that day in and day out – even if we have to repeat ourselves a few times first! As you can see from, yet another, definitely legitimate statistics page, we know how to turn repetition into constructive action. Nothing can slow us down!

Meet Mariel Harris, an absolute powerhouse within our team! She goes after what she wants with no hesitation. Her passion for her work flourishes in the field and her assertiveness is something to be admired! Mariel is not afraid to cause waves if it means real change and she hopes to inspire confidence in young women looking to break into the industry. We're lucky to have her never-ending drive and unwavering confidence here at CTM!

Meet Heba Abdelrazzak! A firecracker who brings a mountain of ideas to the table and the determination to execute each and every one of them! Heba’s confidence and admirable boldness make her an invaluable addition to our team. She believes the best way we can support young women in male-dominated industries is by letting them step up to the plate! This industry is changing for the better, and the real change begins by inviting women into the rooms where the big decisions are being made. Never underestimate the power of a woman's mind!

Story time! Every winter season, a former beloved CTM employee named Roy would gift our office with an evergreen reindeer. Catherine, in all her sentimentality, decided to bring the tradition back to life this year! He guards the front door and rumor has it he can't feel the cold at all - which is perfect for all of this snow!

Our motley crew got festive for the CTM Christmas party at Pyramid Sports Bar & Pizzeria. A hidden gem tucked into a strip mall, it was the perfect venue to let loose, have some fun and enjoy good food. Happy holidays and and even happier new year from our crew to yours!
