Clients the last day to file the yearly report for LLCs is May 15th. Please let me know if you need me to do it. This is the report that you send with the Texas Comptroller. I charge $100 per report. If you need bookkeeping done, please print out your bank statements for me or you can email them to me as well. I will be working again starting tomorrow.
