If you enjoy working with small needles and quick projects, I recommend Sarah Schira’s gnomes. This is “Gnettle” from her recent mystery knit along. The pattern also includes “Gnumpkin” which I plan to make next. I just love making gnomes; even when I have to buy some colors that I just can’t/won’t dye myself. What do you enjoy for projects?

I made this doggie for my mom’s birthday. This was knit with my own dyed yarn and the pattern is “Poklon” by Ysolda Teague. A really fun project!

When you’re home sick with a cold…at least there’s knitting. I’m working on the mystery knit along called “Halloween Party” by Stephanie Lotvan. Im using naturally dyed yarn from my farm blend for the blue, yellow and violet.

I’ve been rather busy…my first grandchild, a girl, arrived a week ago. Thankfully we had the shower a couple weeks earlier!
