Did you know?

Long before our doors ever opened on February 1, 2009, this place was built with our own hands and a whole lot of heart. We spent countless days tearing down a 100-year-old cypress home, saving what we could to give it new life. Some of our favorite touches—like the wood floors—carry history of their own, reclaimed from the old Cinclare Sugar Mill right here in Brusly.

It hasn’t always been easy. Just days before we were set to open, Hurricane Gustav tore our roof away and pushed our dream back five long months. But we didn’t quit. And just six months after finally opening, we found ourselves building again—growing, improving, and adding more space, including a couple of bathrooms with a little character (yes… outhouse style, but with modern comfort).

Through it all, what’s mattered most is the people. What started as a small idea has turned into something bigger than we ever imagined. Our regulars became family, and every new face is welcomed the same way.

We’re proud to serve you the best homemade daiquiris around, with over 100 flavors—but it’s the memories made here that mean the most to us.
