SELF STORAGE PROPERTY/MAIL AND PARCEL CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

SELF STORAGE
Excellent Customer Service Skills. Customer Service is Priority!
Leasing of storage units.
Collection of rents and posting payments.
Collection of past due storage accounts.
Process tenant letters for mail and email.
Sweeping/Cleaning/Maintaining units in ready to rent condition.
Maintain facility – keep clean and free of trash & debris.
Computer and typing skills are required.

MAIL & PARCEL CENTER
Assist with operations in the Mail and Parcel Center.
Package items for shipment. Must become proficient in packaging fragile, heavy and unusual items.
Process shipments thru computer system to generate bar code label.
Process drop-off packages.
Tape and secure open packages for drop offs.
Sales of boxes, moving & shipping supplies.
Assist with unloading of box and supply shipments and stocking inventory.
Cashier skills to process payments for shipments/supplies.
Computer and typing skills are required.
